• We ask that all orders are placed by no later than Friday 10PM EST for the following week’s meal prep. Any orders received after 11:59PM EST on Friday, will go towards the following week's meal prep.

  • The menu options rotate on a weekly basis and are disclosed each Wednesday for the following week on our website.

  • The meals are delivered each Sunday for the week between 3PM to 5PM.

  • Our minimum meal order is 5 meals for delivery.

  • Yes! Our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen but if you are not planning on eating immediately within the first 3-4 days they can be put in the freezer. Just thaw out a day prior to consuming in refrigerator.

  • The containers do not need to be returned but the delivery bags and ice packs do. We will rotate your pre-purchased bags for your delivery unless a bag is not returned an additional charge of $5.00 per bag will be required.

  • At this time we do not offer gluten free exclusive menu but are looking to add in the future. Stay tuned for an announcement.

  • Yes! Any meal can be adjusted to a no carb option for additional vegetables in lieu of carbohydrate for a $.50 charge per meal.

  • Yes, we offer extra protein for a $1.50 per meal upcharge.

  • We offer 5 different meal options each week so you can either eliminate that particular meal choice in your order or notate in the additional comments section during checkout to not include that certain ingredient in your order.

  • Our donut recipe does not include Gluten in the base recipe or toppings. We take all precautions in using exclusive material to make them to avoid all cross contamination possibilities, however the kitchen we used is a shared space and is not GF certified.

  • You can cancel at any time from your account page, we just ask that you do cancel your subscription prior to Thursday at 8PM EST. You can reactivate your subscription at any time at no cost from your account page.

  • Each week you will exchange last week’s bags at your delivery pickup location or hand to the delivery driver. We rotate your bags each week, and if your bag is not available at the time of delivery, there will be a $5.00 fee to replace.

  • The initial fee covers our insulated delivery bags and are purchased at the time of checkout as a one-time upfront $20 initial fee and can hold up to 10 meals and ice packs.
